Our yoga classes are welcoming, unintimidating, and led by instructors who meet you where you are — whether it's your first time on a mat or your five-hundredth.
A typical class runs 45–60 minutes through gentle warm-ups, a flowing sequence of poses, and a few minutes of stillness to let everything settle. You'll build flexibility and balance, wake up muscles you forgot you had, and — most people are surprised by this — leave noticeably calmer than you walked in. No pretzel poses required; every movement can be modified.
You don't need to be flexible to start yoga. You get flexible because you do yoga. Come as you are.
