New to aqua fitness? You’re exactly who this is for.
Aqua fitness takes the workout into the pool, where the water supports your joints while still making your muscles work hard. From water aerobics to aqua boot camp, it's strength and cardio without the pounding — gentle on the body, tougher than it looks.
A typical class uses the water's resistance for a full-body workout: cardio intervals, strength moves, and core work, all while the buoyancy protects your knees, hips, and back. You'll be surprised how much you sweat in the water.
You don't need to be a swimmer — most classes are in water you can stand in. It's one of the best options if you're easing back into fitness, recovering, or just want a workout that loves your joints.
