TRX is suspension training: two straps, your body weight, and gravity doing the heavy lifting. It looks simple and humbles everyone — beginners and athletes alike — because you control exactly how hard each move is just by changing your angle.
Expect a fast, full-body session that builds strength, stability, and core control all at once. Led by Stephen, classes move quickly and scale to whoever's in the room — you'll be working muscles you didn't know you had.
No experience needed. The straps adjust to you, not the other way around, so a first-timer and a regular can do the same class side by side.
