HIIT — high-intensity interval training — is built on a simple idea: short bursts of hard work, short rests, repeat. You get a serious cardio and strength workout in a fraction of the time, and you keep burning calories long after you've left.

A typical class mixes bodyweight moves, intervals, and timed circuits that push your heart rate up and bring it back down, over and over. It's challenging by design — but every exercise has an easier and a harder version, so you push at your level, not someone else's.

You don't need to be in great shape to start; you get in great shape by showing up. Go at your own pace and the results follow.
