What to expect

New to boot camp? You’re exactly who this is for.

Boot Camp is total-body conditioning with a group pushing alongside you. Think strength moves, cardio bursts, and circuits that change every class — never the same workout twice, never boring.

A typical session runs about an hour and mixes weights, bodyweight work, and conditioning to build strength and stamina together. The energy of the room carries you through the hard parts — there's a reason boot-campers keep coming back.

Beginners are genuinely welcome. Every exercise scales, the instructor keeps an eye on form, and you go at the pace that's right for you. You bring the effort; we bring the plan.
